Jim Lawson

JIM LAWSONwas born in Kent County, Michigan on June 16, 1940 the son of the late Virgil R. and Sylvia Geneva Robinson Lawson. On March 4, 1960 he was united in marriage to Marie Iosue, who survives.Mr. Lawson served in the United States Navy for 10 years, where he was a Vietnam War Veteran. He retired from the United States Air Force and retired as a Civil Service Employee. Mr. Lawson was a member of Our Lady Of The Lake Catholic Church in Counce, Tennessee. Mr. Lawson lived in the Hardin County area for 6 years. He enjoyed woodworking, cross word puzzles, web surfing and working with computers. Mr. Lawson departed this life on January 3, 2012 in Counce, Tennessee at the age of 71 years, 6 months and 18 days.In addition to his wife, Marie of Counce, Tennessee, he is survived by 3 sons, Mike A. Lawson of Folsom, California, Troy A. Lawson of Grand Rapids, Michigan and James A. Lawson of Minot A.F.B., North Dakota5 grandchildren, James A.
