Jim Blount

JIM BLOUNTwas born in Savannah, Tennessee on August 18, 1950 the son of the late Jahue Horace and Lena Mae Hubbard Blount. On November 26, 1969 he was united in marriage to Thelma Marie Webb, who survives.Mr. Blount retired after 26 years with ATandT as a service technician. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. Mr. Blount departed this life on March 20, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 59 years, 7 months and 2 days.Other than his wife, Marie of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by 2 daughters, Jamie Marie Blount Morris and Cyndi Rae Blount Hartmann, both of Savannah, Tennessee3 grandchildren, William Lee Blount, Anna Jae Morris and Jack Hartmannone sister, Virginia Ann Blount Peterson of Raymond, Washington4 brothers, Emmsley Fay Blount, William Jahue Blount and William Covie Qualls, all of Savannah, Tennessee and Howell Glover of Johnson City, Tennessee
