Jewel Wrennie Garrett Walker Jewel Wrennie Walker, age 91, a resident of Lynnfield Place Selmer, TN, formally a long time resident of Gadsden, AL passed away December 13, 2006. She was the widow of Daniel W. Walker owner and operator of Nelson Machine shop, where she was his bookkeeper for many years. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of East Gadsden, AL. She is survived by, three children Jewel Esther Billingsley, of Lakeland, FL, Clarence (Toby) Walker of Selmer, TN and Dannie Sue Lagen of Gremantown, TN; a sister Louise Shedd of Bailyton, AL and a brother Mancel Garrett of Fairview, AL; 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Rufus and Lou Ellen Garrett; husband Daniel W. Walker; daughter Priscilla Robinson; sisters Rachel Fowler and Elsie Carolyn Garrett; and a brother Thomas Garrett. Visitation will be held on December 16, 2006 from 12:00 PM until Services at 1:00 PM at Forrest Cemetery Chapel, Gadsden, AL, with Thomas Billingsley officiating.
