Jessie Bedford Wood

Mr. Wood died Sunday afternoon at St. Frances Hospital in Memphis.
A native of Middleton, he was born November 28, 1938 to Eloice and Katherine O. Cox Wood, both of whom preceded him in death. His family moved to Memphis in 1947 where he worked as a custodian for Baptist Memorial Hospital and at a private school and enjoyed visiting with people. Mr. Wood attended First Assembly of God Church in Memphis.
Survivors include a sister, Martha Wood of Memphis; a brother, Franklin Wood of Orlando, FL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
