Jessie Leon Williams

JESSIE LEON WILLIAMS

was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on July 10, 1956 the son of the late Atwelldean and Marie Scott Williams.

Jessie was united in marriage to Judy Marlene Cossey, who preceded her husband in death on November 5, 2015.

Jessie worked in logging his entire life. He was of the Church of Christ belief. Jessie loved being outdoors and working on cars. He was a very caring friend and dad.

Jessie departed this life on Sunday, December 15, 2019 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 63 years, 5 months and 5 days.

He is survived by his children, Brandon Williams of Lexington, Tennessee, Charles (Bud) Williams of Savannah, Tennessee and Jordan Williams of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, William Benson and Jillian Benson, both of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Ernest Williams of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Effie Carroll of Summertown, Tennessee, Beverly Hunt of Adamsville, Tennessee, Linda Hunt, Cindy Benson and Connie Word, all of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents and wife, Jessie was preceded in death by one daughter, Amy Benson and one brother, Ricky Williams.
