Jessie Lee Hensley Treadwell

Jessie Lee Hensley Treadwell, 71 of Waynesboro, TN was born July 7, 1945 in Hohenwald, TN the daughter of the late Alfred Ray and Unive Baxter Hensley. She was united in marriage to Joe Treadwell on November 15, 1968. Mrs. Treadwell was an assembly line worker for Genesco and a homemaker. She was also member of the United Methodist Church in Flatwoods, TN. Mrs. Treadwell departed this life at her home on September 23, 2016 in Waynesboro, Tennessee.

She is survived by her husband Joe Treadwell of Waynesboro, TN, two sisters, Brenda Joyce Mash and Peggy Curry both of Hohenwald, TN, nieces Mackenzie Mash of Dover TN and Denise Curry Maxwell of Show Low, AZ, nephew, Jay Dennis Curry Of Hohenwald,TN, great nieces Brandy Curry and Racheal Phiel, great nephew Jacob Dialyn Curry, great-great niece Casey R. Griffis and great -great- nephew, Jayden David Curry.

Services will be held on September 25, 2016 at 3:30 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro with Bill Webb officiating. Burial will follow in the North Highland Cemetery near Waynesboro with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00 AM until funeral time at the funeral home.
