Services for Mrs. Jessie Lee Brown, age 93, of Cypress Inn, TN, will be Sunday, May 28, 2006 at 1:30 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN with Gerald Montgomery officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
She died at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, TN on Thursday, May 25, 2006.
Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Grove Church. She was a daughter of the late Joe and Emma Whitworth Nolen, the wife of the late Ethridge Brown, the mother of the late Eugene “Gene†Brown, and a sister of the late Dewey Nolen, Curtis, Nolen, and Janie Burks.
Survivors, daughters, Dorothy J. Shepard, Toledo, OH, Elsie Atkins, Florence, AL, Mavis Bevis and husband, Robert, Cypress Inn, TN, fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
She died at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, TN on Thursday, May 25, 2006.
