Jessie F. Brock

Jessie (Noah) F. Brock of Waynesboro, TN, formerly of Clifton, TN, departed this life on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 96 Years, 7 Months, 5 Days.He was born September 20, 1912 in Decatur County, Tennessee, the son of the late Charlie and Anna Brock and was also preceded in death by wife's, Bertha Mae Webster Brock and Robbie Hayes Brock and several brothers and sisters.Mr. Brock was retired janitor from Frank Hughes School. and was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Clifton, Tennessee.He is survived by, daughters, Florine (Brock) Edington and husband, Gordon,Dorine (Brock) Prater and husband, Glenn all of Clifton, TN; grandchildren; Donna Pulley, Bobby Ray Pevahouse, Jr., Stephen Randall Pevahouse, and Danny Lee Prater; 9 great grandchildren; 6 great grand grandchildren; brother; Hoover Brock of Jackson,TN. Services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2009 at 3:00 PM at First Pentecostal Church, Clifton, TN with Billy Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Lone Chestnut Cemetery, Bath Springs, TN, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. Visitation will be Sunday, April 26, 2009 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro. His body will be placed in the church at 9:30 am on Monday, April 27, 2009.
