Jerry Paul Robinson

Mr. Jerry Paul Robinson, age 67 of Middleton, passed from this life early Tuesday morning, June 23, 2009 at his home.
He was born in Hardeman County January 26, 1942 to the late Sebastian Alonzo "Bat" and Jewell Elaine McKeown Robinson. Having lived most of his life in Hardeman County, he worked as a plant manager at Rib Roof Company in Rossville for over twenty years before retiring. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Polly Pulse Robinson on April 15, 1994. He married Ann Sinclair, who survives, January 8, 1999, and was a member of the Middleton First Baptist Church, where he had formerly served as a Deacon. Mr. Robinson was also a Mason. He loved camping, watching his grandsons perform in rodeos, and deeply enjoyed watching all of his grandchildren's activities.
In addition to his wife, he leaves as his survivors, two daughters, Vicki Mitchell and husband Gem of Bolivar and Paula Dowty and her husband Paul of Middleton; a son, Stephen Robinson and his wife Tommie Lyn of Cordova; a stepson, Kevin Freeman and his wife Stacy, of Collierville; eight grandchildren, Clay, Lane and Ross Mitchell, Matthew Kirk and Polly Dowty, Dara Callahan and Chloe Robinson, and Chase Freeman.
In addition to his first wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, JoAnn Davis and Gladys Robinson.
