Jerry Cohen

Jerry Cohen departed this life on Friday, December 26, 2008 at his home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 9 Months, 11 Days. He was born March 15, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York the son of the late Irving and Eva Cooperman Cohen. Mr. Cohen served in the U.S. Army with the occupation forces in Korea. Prior to relocating to Waynesboro, he was a self employed diamond setter in Boca Raton, FL and was a member of Jewelers Benevelont Association. He is survived by his wife Gloria Rose Cohen of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Nutt and husband Robert of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Richard Cohen and wife Sharon of Merrick, NY; 6 grandchildren, Evan, Lee, Matthew, Hilary, Adam, and Kristiand a great-grandchild, Jordyna brother, Milton Kagel of Penbrooke Pines, FL; A Graveside Service will be held Monday, December 29, 2008 at Walnut Grove Cemtery in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Rabbi Shapiro officiating.Interment followed with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of arrangements
