Mr. Jerald Nathaniel "Nathan" (Frosty) Frost age 35, passed away August 31, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born in Selmer, TN, December 26, 1987, son of Onnie Jerald and Connie Lynn DeShazier Frost. He grew up in Savannah, TN and was a 2006 graduate of Hardin County High School where he played trumpet for The Pride marching band. After graduation he attended the University of North Alabama in Florence and marched with the Pride of Dixie Marching Band.
He met Sarah Ross in 2015 and they married on January 19, 2019, and made their home in Mifflin, TN. They had two beautiful children together, Briar and Kaylee who were his pride and joy.
Nathan worked as a plumber for his father-in-law at Bart Ross Plumbing and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
He was a Tennessee Vols fan and a Titans fan. He enjoyed video games, collecting firearms and Milwaukee tools. He loved his 1999 GMC Sierra Step Side pickup truck. He also enjoyed traveling to the Smokey Mountains and to Ruby Falls where he proposed to his beautiful wife.
He is survived by his wife Sarah and their two children Briar and Kaylee of Mifflin; his parents Jerald and Connie Frost of Savannah; a sister Brittany Landrum and husband Andrew with their son Johnathan of Savannah; his in-laws Bart and Susan Ross of Mifflin; a special aunt Melissa Hottiman and husband Lamond of Savannah and several other extended family members.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Shackelford Funeral Directors - Crook Avenue Chapel in Henderson, TN.
