Jeffrey Darrell Qualls was born April 27, 1953 in Selmer, Tennessee the son of James N. and Lila Fern Locke Qualls.Mr. Qualls was a Professional Painter .He departed this life on October 1, 2007 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 54 Years, 5 Months, 4 Days.In addition to his parents, Mr. Qualls is survived by a daughter, Casey Qualls of Pinson, TN; two sons, Donnie Qualls of Selmer, TN, Jacob Qualls of FL and many other relatives and friends.
