Jeffie C. Daniel

Jeffie C. Daniel was born March 17, 1926 in Cypress Inn, Tennessee the son of the late Harvey M. and Clara Mae Brewer Daniel.He was united in marriage to Robbie Louise Brison on March 17, 1945.Mr. Daniel had worked at Genecso Shoe and was a retired forklift operator with Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.Mr. Daniel departed this life on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at his home in Cypress Inn, Tennessee at the age of 82 Years, 4 Months, 26 Days.Services will be held on Friday, August 15, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Millrock Freewill Baptist Church in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Junior Daniel and Stacey Holt officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.In addition to his parents, Mr. Daniel was preceded in death by his stepson, Burnett Brison; three brothers, Donnie, Ronald, and Willie Daniel; three sisters, Sara Frances Martin, Lina Butler, Ruby Thompson.He is survived by his wife Robbie Brison Daniel of Cypress Inn, TN; a son, James Edward Daniel and wife, Kathy of Collinwood, TN; a daughter, Rita Kay Daniel Butt and husband, Bobby of Chattanooga, TN; Grandchildren, Marshall Brison, Michelle Adams and husband, Tommy, Deanna Daniel, Amelia McMurtrey, Shelia Daniel, Danielle Butts; Great Grandchildren, Falon and Christian Douglas, Alexis and Will McMurtrey; two brothers, Bobby Ray Daniel and wife Iva Dean of Collinwood, TN, Eugene Daniel of Iron City, TN; a sister, Shirley Daniel Wright and husband Robert D. of Cypress Inn, TN; and several nieces and nephews.
