Jeanine Friend was born February 17, 1929 in France, the daughter of the late Maxime and Marie Baillet Lavay.
She was united in marriage to Kenneth Friend on August 17, 1956 and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Michie, Tennessee.
Jeanine departed this life on May 16, 2016 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 87 Years, 2 Months, 29 Days.
She is survived by a daughter, Mauricette Harvell and husband Alton of Michie, TN; a son, Carl Lawrenz and wife Tammy of FL; a brother, Pierre Lavay of France; four grandchildren: Melissa Duncan and husband Tim, Christina Page and husband Johnny, Tim Lawrenz and wife Christine, Amanda Arcabacio and husband Chris; five great grandchildren: Matthew Hunter King, Breck Duncan, Brandon Duncan, Alex Arcabacio, Lucas Arcabacio; a grt-grt-grandchild, Leigha Grace Price.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Friend was preceded in death by seven brother and a sister all from France.
