Jeanette Phillips

Jeanette Phillips departed this life on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at the age of 70 years, 8 months, and 12 days. She was born in Wayne County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Owen and Lois Hinton Bevis. On October 27, 1965, she was united in marriage to David Phillips of Lutts, Tennessee, who survives.

Jeanette was a homemaker, and a believer and follower of Jesus Christ.

In addition to her husband, Jeanette is survived by her sons, Roger Phillips and his wife Liz of Florence, Alabama, and Frankie Phillips and his wife Katrina of Lutts, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jimmy Phillips, Haylee Sledge, Crystal Peden, Derek Phillips, Brianna Phillips, Rocky Phillips, and Kendall Phillips; great grandchildren, Josie Phillips, William Phillips, Cadence Sledge, Avery Sledge, Link Sledge, Jaxon Peden, Asher Peden, Nolyn Phillips, Colton Phillips, and Atalie Phillips; sisters, Janice Hopkins and her husband Bobby of Stantonville, Tennessee, Becky Franks and her husband Tony of Florence, Alabama, and Vickie Wilkerson and her husband Mickey of Lutts, Tennessee; and her dogs, Molly and Candy...she saw them more as four-legged "kids", and enjoyed spending time with them and pampering them.
