Jean Vincent, 68, of Toone, died Friday morning, June 22, 2007 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was an accountant at Western Mental Health Institute for over 30 years. Ms. Vincent was born April 4, 1939 in Mercer, daughter of the late Edwin Bill Brown and Mary Brown Leathers and lived here all of her life, graduating from Bolivar Central High School with the Class of 1957. She loved to fly, having earned her pilot’s license, and formerly had her own plane. She was Baptist in belief.
Survivors include one son, Keith Vincent of Bolivar; two sisters, Debbie Ubelhor of Toone and Vanissa Holmberg of Bolivar; two grandchildren, Cindi and Ali Vincent, both of Shelbyville and special friend, Bill Whitehead of Toone.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Vincent and a brother, George T. Brown.
