JEAN CRAWFORD
was born on November 17, 1930, in Decatur County, Tennessee to the late Bill Mack and Eunice Shannon Thomison. She was united in marriage to Billy Gene Crawford, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Crawford retired from River Heights Manufacturing Company in Crump, Tennessee as a supervisor; she also worked for Dillon Manufacturing Company, Clifton Manufacturing Company and Harwood Manufacturing Company. She lived in McNairy County for 25 years and Hardin County for 57 years. She was a member of East End United Methodist Church and a member of the "Toll House Lunch Crew." She enjoyed sewing, cooking, cleaning, and waiting on her family; she was an avid Lady Tiger Fan.
Mrs. Crawford departed this life on May 24, 2013, at the age of 82 years, 6 months and 7 days.
She is survived by a son, Philip Lynn Delaney of Atlanta Georgia and a daughter, Pat Gray of Savannah, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Philip Delaney, Jr., Chasity Timberman, Cynthia Gorman and Brittni Carroll; five great-grandchildren, Delaney Timberman, Austin Delaney, Tanner Delaney, Layla Carroll, and Joe Taft Carroll; and #2 daughter, Linda Neill of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Don Mitchell Delaney; and three brothers, Willie Edward Thomison, Claude Thomison and Maxell Thomison.
