Jasper Newton Kizer was born June 1, 1924 in Selmer, Tennessee the son of the late Kenneth and Mary Coats Kizer.Mr. Kizer was a retired Factory Worker.He departed this life on June 24, 2008 in Milan, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 23 Days.He is survived by two sons, Johnny D. Kizer and wife Daine of Simpsonville, SC and James R. Kizer of Simpsonville, SC; two grandchildren, John and Jamie Kizer; two step-grandchildren Mark Nowakowski and Margret Neven; a grt-grandchild, Katie Kizer.
