Mr. Skaggs died in an automobile accident on Sunday, November 30, 2008 in Wayne County, TN at the age of 30 Years, 11 Months, 9 Days.
Services will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Collinwood,TN with Andy Sherrill and John E. Banks officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.
Survivors include two sons, Kristian Patrick Howard and Kameron Lacoda Howard; his fiance', Carla Copeland all of Collinwood, TN; mother and step-father, Sharon and Ricky Newton of Lawrenceburg, TN; father and step-mother, Larry and Janice Skaggs of Florence, AL; brothers, Gary Dewayne Skaggs and wife, Regina of Lawrenceburg, TN, Gregory Lee Skaggs and wife, Rose of Iron City, TN; sister, Betty Skaggs of Florence, AL; grandmother, Ella Marie Butler and grandfather, Dalton Skaggs both of Collinwood, TN; nieces and nephews, Diamond, Tressa, Gwenn, Alex, Scotty, and Skyler Skaggs; aunts, Janie Tilley and Hazel Roberts.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Buford Butler and Vinnie Skaggs, great-grandparents, Dewey and Jewell Stults, Wiley and Madgie Skaggs, and Prince and Jimmie Cummins, and uncle, Roger Skaggs.
