Janette M. Penney was born on September 2, 1936. She was a retired sorter for American Olean Tile Company in Jackson, Tennessee. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Jackson.Survivors are two daughters, Kimberly Bailey of Memphis and Lisa Pearson of Nashville.Also survived by a granddaughter, Alyson Bailey of Memphis.
