James Aaron Young

James Aaron Youngwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on September 16, 1934 the son of the late James Hubert and Lydia Jewel Young.On July 26, 1963 he was united in marriage to Rachel Sue Reynolds, who survives.Mr. Young worked for Pyramid Products Warehouse for 31 years and Hidden Lake Care Center as a dietary aide for 12 years. He grew up in Turkey Creek and was a member of the First Methodist Church of Raytown, Missouri. He loved to sing in the choir and attend church faithfully. He was also an avid sports enthusiast.Mr. Young departed this life on October 8, 2010 at the age of 76 years and 23 days.In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Penny Scott of Raymore, Missouri; a son, Russell Young of Boyard, Missouri; 4 grandchildren, Kaleb Young, Dalton Scott, Rosa Scott, and Rebekah Scott; a sister, Nila Franks of Columbia, Tennessee; 2 brothers, Ancil and Ernest Young both of Savannah, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Rayford Young and a sister, Seleta McCall.
