James Harold (Toehead ) White was born March 13, 1950 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Douglas and Myra Virginia Coley White.
He was united in marriage to Betty Hill in December of 1972.
Mr. White was a truck driver at Elam Mattress and a member of the Refuge Church of Christ. He never met a stranger and loved all kids.
Mr. White departed this life on May 18, 2007 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 57 Years, 2 Months, 5 Days. He is survived by his wife, Betty Hill White of Selmer, Tennessee; four sons, Bobby McDonald and wife Beth of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, Jamie McDonald and wife Tammy of Finger, Tennessee, Brian McDonald and wife Christy of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, and Chris White and wife Katherine of Navarre, Florida; daughter, Tammy Rinks of Lexington, Tennessee; four brothers, Marty White of Finger, Tennessee, Rickey Lynn White of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, Gary White of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Mickey White of Tiptonville, Tennessee; eight sisters, Jewell Richards of Memphis, Tennessee, Carolyn Harris of Southhaven, Mississippi, Dorothy Weatherford of Selmer, Tennessee, Billy King of Selmer, Tennessee, Mary Jo Gray of Bethel Springs, Tennessee, Wanda Kilpatrick of Corinth, Mississippi, Zetta Dickery of Henderson, Tennessee, and Geneva Howell of Union City, Tennessee; fourteen grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. White was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Walton and Marilyn Presley; three brothers, Eugene White, Ernest White and John William White.
