James McCullough Waldrop

James McCullough Waldrop was born May 5, 1923 in Mississippi the son of the late R. M. and Evie McMeans Waldrop.He was united in marriage to Rubye Counce Waldrop on April 12, 1946. Waldrop preceded him in death on February 1, 2001.Mr. Waldrop was a retired farmer and school bus driver. He was a member of the Oak Hill Christian Church. He drove a school bus for Hardin country for 30 years. He had a lot of cows and was a retired cotton farmer. Mr. Waldrop loved his cows and friends.He departed this life on June 17, 2007 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 1 Month, 12 Days. Mr. Waldrop is survived by a daughter, Saundra Austin and husband Joe of Michie, Tennessee. Other than his parents and his wife, Mr. Waldrop was preceded in death by three brothers, Talmadge Waldrop, Mack Waldrop and Alton Waldrop.
