James D. “Bo†Tackett, 37, of Middleton, died Monday evening, May 7, 2007 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The husband of Tanya Dacus Tackett, who survives, he worked at Hooper Sawmill for 15 years. Mr. Tackett was born February 6, 1970 in Jackson, the son of James Earl Tackett and Marilyn Denise Lambert Tackett of Middleton. He lived here all of his life, loved NASCAR racing and enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his wife, whom he married June 28, 1998, and his parents, survivors include one son and daughter, Matthew Brent Tackett of Middleton and Ashley Dawn Dacus of Medon; a brother, Lynn Tackett; a sister, April Tackett and nephew, Mitchell Kirby.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Denise Tackett Bryant, his maternal grandparents, Lemuel Lambert and Pat Sisco and his paternal grandparents, Herschel and Ocie Tackett.
