James Timothy Staggs

James Timothy Staggs of Clifton TN passed away Sunday January 13, 2019 in Jackson. He was 57 years old and survived by wife Deborah Staggs of Clifton TN, daughters Tiffany Renee Jones of Waynesboro, Jamie Leigh Staggs of Lawrenceburg and Shayna Leeann Staggs of Clifton, grandsons TJ and Tanner Jones of Waynesboro.l, parents Raymond and Carolyn Staggs of Clifton, brother Mark Staggs of Clifton, sister Deborah Franks of Ohio, nephew Mark Ray Staggs of Clifton, great niece Leeanna Staggs, and great nephew Tucker Staggs who always called him “Other Daddy Mark “. He was preceded in death by his brother Jeffery Staggs.
James was born July 29, 1961. He loved music and his family. He was a huge fan of Native American history and culture. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed.

Services will be Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Casey Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Methodist Church Cemetery at Lawrenceburg, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:30-9:00 PM and Wednesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
