James Andrew Shearon, 77 of Middleton, died Tuesday morning, February 21, 2012 at McNairy Regional Hospital.
The husband of Virgie Shearon, who preceded him in death, he was a retired factory worker from Troxel. Mr. Shearon was born March 3, 1934 to the late John Booker Shearon and Clara Ann Bishop Shearon. He lived in Moscow for many years before moving to Middleton. Mr. Shearon enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with family and friends. He was Baptist in belief.
Mr. Shearon leaves behind 7 children, Virgie Diane Kimery of Bolivar, James Ricky Shearon of Clarksville, TN, Shirley Faye Luse of Memphis, TN, Larry Wayne Shearon of Batesville, MS, Betty Jane German of Middleton, TN, Michael Andrew Shearon of Middleton, and Brenda Darlene Shearon of Middleburg; one sister, Bernice Regepp of Illinois; and two brothers, Johnny Shearon of Illinois and Richard Shearon of Florida. He had 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
