James F. Russell

Mr. Russell departed this life Monday, January 14, 2013 at Bolivar General Hospital.



A native of Blytheville, Arkansas, he had lived in Hardeman County since the early 1950's. The widower of Myrtle Russell, who died in 2004, he was a commercial fisherman and truck farmer, enjoyed hunting and fishing and had served in the Tennessee National Guard.



He leaves a son, James Lee Russell and his friend, Linda Malone, of Saulsbury; a sister, Marie Rainey of Middleton; a brother, Troy Lee Russell of Rogers Springs; two grandchildren, Cody Lynn and Samantha Lee Russell; and a step-grandchild, Lacy Jay Elam.



In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, R. L. Russell.
