James Alton Robinson

James Alton (Jimmy) Robinson was born January 27, 1949 in Selmer, TN the son of the late Wendell Woodrow and Rosa Ella Malone Robinson.
He was united in marriage to Phyllis Dale Gray on March 1, 1974. Mr. Robinson was a retired truck driver. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Some of his favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing, working on old cars and spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Robinson departed this life on September 23, 2013 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 64 Years, 7 Months, 27 Days.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis Dale (Gray) Robinson of Bethel Springs, TN;
a daughter, Kimberly Prather of Bethel Springs, TN; a son, James Christopher Robinson and wife Amanda of Finger, TN; three grandchildren, Hannah Robinson, Samantha Robinson, and Anabeth Robinson all of Finger, TN; and a brother, Bobby Robinson and wife Elva of Corinth, MS.
