James Freemon Risner

Mr. James Freemon Risner was born April 12, 1969 in Wayne County, TN the son of Rhoda Staggs Young and the late Lloyd Freemon Risner. Mr. Risner was a Sawyer and a member of the Green River Tabernacle in Waynesboro, TN. He was united in marriage to Dana Pettis on January 13, 1990. Mr. Risner departed this life on June 3, 2019 in Columbia, Tennessee making his stay in this life some 50 Years, 1 Month and 22 Days.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years Dana Pettis Risner of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Amanda Kristine Risner of Waynesboro, TN; a son, James Lucas Risner of Waynesboro, TN; a granddaughter, Cameryn Risner Brown of Waynesboro, TN; a sister, Regina Smith and husband Joel of Cypress Inn, TN. In addition to these family members, he is also survived by siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many loving friends.

In addition to his father, Mr. Risner was preceded in death by two brothers, Timothy Wade Risner, Glen David Risner; Grandparents: Ove Gene Johnson, Jimmy Snow Staggs, Lloyd "Bug" Risner and Beulah Risner.

Per his reqest he will be cremated. The family will have a memorial service at a later undetermined time at Green River Tabernacle
