Memorial services for James Franklin Prater, Jr., age 63, of Collinwood, TN will be Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 10:00 am at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, TN. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, TN on Friday, August 4, 2006. His body was cremated.
Mr. Prater, a native of Caruthersville, MO, was a mechanic, a member of the VFW, a member of the American Legion, and was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He was a son of the late James Franklin Prater.
