James Kenny Parrott

James Kenny Parrott was born May 22, 1946 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Enoch and Mattie Ruth Brumley Parrott.

He was united in marriage to Cheryl Stanford on December 23, 1964.

Mr. Parrott worked in construction as a subcontractor. He was an outdoorsman enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, working on cars and riding four wheelers. He liked watching wrestling, HeeHaw and westerns.

Mr. Parrott departed this life on April 28, 2015 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 68 Years, 11 Months, 6 Days. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Parrott of Milledgeville, TN; three daughters, Sharon Smith and husband Darrell of Medon, TN, Tina Parrott of Adamsville, TN, Mindy Parrott of Milledgeville, TN; three sons, Greg Parrott of Stantonville, TN, David Parrott and wife Terrie of Parsons, TN, Anthony Parrott and wife Brenda of Pigeon Forge, TN; two sisters, Doris Plunk and husband Dink of Savannah, TN, Mary Ruth Patterson and husband Johnny of Henderson, TN; a brother, Phillip Parrott and wife Gayle of Stantonville, TN; twelve grandchildren, Jennifer Collum, Chris Collum, Anthony Parrott Jr., Bailey Parrott, LaTosha Legans, Cody Parrott, LaTisha Anderson, Casey Wilson, Jaelyn Parrott, Amanda Parrott, April Parrott, Alisha Parrott; 6 Great Grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Parrott was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Parrott; two grandchildren, David Parrott Jr., Desi Parrott;
