James Norman Parker

James Norman Parker Sr. of Collinwood, TN was born July 20, 1949 in Waynesboro, TN, the son of the late Carroll Junior Parker and Addie Brewer Parker. Mr. Parker died Friday, April 3, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 8 months, and 14 days. In addition to his parents, Mr. Parker was preceded in death by a brother, Eldridge Parker, two sisters, Mary Lee Parker Robertson and Rebecca Parker Kelley. Formerly he had worked at Murray Ohio in Lawrenceburg, but was presently disabled. He was married to Jean Kelley September 16, 1967 who survives of Collinwood, TN, Other survivors include a son, James (Yogie) Parker Jr. and wife Dawn of Collinwood, TN, two daughters, Tina Parker Robbins and husband Allen of Iron City, TN and Kelly Parker Muston and husband Michael of Killen, AL, four grandchildren, Keifer Robbins, Dylan Muston, Trey Muston, and Madison Parker, nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 4, 2015 at McGlamery Cemetery in Collinwood with Bobby Rich officiating. Shackelford Funeral Directors in assisting the family. Pallbearers are Anthony Edgar, Terry Keeton, Mack Parker, Carroll Parker, Kahl Brewer, and Marcus Parker. Honorary pallbearers are Kiefer Robbins, Dylan Muston, and Trey Muston.
