James Robert McCurry

Funeral services for James Robert McCurry, age 63, of Cypress Inn, TN will be Three p.m. Monday, May 7, 2007 at Cromwell Crossroads Church with Stacy Holt and Tom Harris officiating. Interment to follow in Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of arrangements.



Mr. McCurry, a native of Lauderdale County, AL, died on Friday, May 4, 2007 at his home. He was a son of the late Robert Lloyd McCurry and Mary Ellen Holt McCurry; and brother of the late John Marlin McCurry and Lee Edward McCurry. He was a mechanic and welder.



He is survived by a son Rickey McCurry of Cypress Inn, TN and a daughter, Kathryn Staggs and her husband James of Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Junior and Katie Staggs of Puryear, TN, Matthew Staggs of Nashville, TN, Jessica Staggs and Christopher Staggs both of Iron City, TN and Ryan McCurry of Cypress Inn, TN; and a great grandson, Mason Wilkerson;
