James (Smiley) Lucas JAMES ‘SMILEY’ LUCASHenderson, TN: James Lynn Lucas, age 58, died August 1, 2008, at his home.He was born in Mississippi County, AR, the son of the late R.B. and Leona Kinchen Lucas. He attended school in Chester County. He moved to Chicago as a young man and worked as a plummer. He moved back to Chester County in 1999. He worked a Quality Mfg. for several years He was a member of the Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by a daughter, Heidi Kapsalis and husband Tom of Morton Grove, IL; a step daughter, Nickie Pingry of Chicago, IL: three sisters, Wanda Patterson, Linda Johnson and Brenda Plunk all of Henderson; five brothers, Gerald Lucas of Chicago, Donald Lucas, Paul Lucas and Johnny Lucas all of Henderson and Steve Lucas of Lakeland Park, IL. He was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Lucas.Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM, Monday, Shackelford – Johnson Chapel with Rev. Ken Kitchen officiating and burial to follow in Sweetlips Cemetery.
