James Ward Knipper, Sr.

Henderson, TN: James Ward Knipper, Sr., beloved husband and daddy suffered a fatal heart attack at his home on the evening of October 12, 2010.
He was born on April 2, 1940 to Ted and Pearl Knipper. For most of his career life he was a working herdsman on commercial dairy farms in FL. In 1984 he and his wife Connie and their son James Jr. moved to TN. In 1987 he bought Laurel Hill Grocery where he and his wife and son have resided and worked until his death.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Connie Knipper and three sons, Jamie Ward Knipper (Stephanie), Jason Ward Knipper and James Ward Knipper, Jr.; two sisters, Julie Thomas (Richard) and Dorothy Mayo (Hurley); two granddaughters, Millicent Knipper and Christain Markowski (Daniel) and a great granddaughter, Hayden Markowski.
