Mr. Jimmy Kennedy of Saulsbury departed this life at the age of 59 years, 11 months and 25 days Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at NHC Lawrenceburg.
Mr. Kennedy was born in Walnut, Mississippi June 24, 1953 to the late Leslie Franklin and Eleanora Randolph Spencer Kennedy. He worked as a truck driver for Inman Trucking and as a machinist for Squentia. He lived in Memphis for a short time before moving to Saulsbury, where he lived for 41 years.
Survivors include two sisters, Linda Yopp of Middleton and Sheila Patterson of Middleton; four brothers, Dale Kennedy and wife Myra of Southaven, MS, Larry Kennedy and wife Rita of Saulsbury, Ron Kennedy and wife Judy of Memphis and Ricky Kennedy and wife Pam of Etheridge; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Kennedy.
