James Erwin Kelley was born April 14, 1959 in Waynesboro, TN the son of Barbara Matthews Reed and the late James Kelley. He was a cable lineman and worked at the Campbell Soup Company for many years. Mr. Kelley departed this life on November 24, 2022 in Waynesboro, TN at the age of 63 years, 7 months, and 10 days.
He is survived by mother, Barbara Reed and husband Rex of Waynesboro, TN; son, Shawn Kelley of Bryan, OH; sisters, Lisa Kelly and Misty Kelly, both of Waynesboro, TN; granddaughters, Sunny Ann and Mati Kelley; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
