James Raymond Hurst

James Raymond Hurst was born June 3, 1939 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late James W. and Norene Kingsley Hurst.He was united in marriage to Carolyn Pettigrew on December 24, 1961.Mr. Hurst was a Owner/Operator of Hinton Auto Parts and had worked in the Auto Parts business for 35 years. He was a member of the Harper Road Christian Church in Corinth, Mississippi. He loved his family and his church family.Mr. Hurst departed this life on July 14, 2009 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 70 Years, 1 Month, 11 Days. He is survived by his wife Carolyn (Pettigrew) Hurst of Corinth, MS; two sisters, Nola Jean Brock of Bethel Springs, TN, Emma Jean Wilbanks of Michie, TN; and two brothers, William Columbus Hurst of Henderson, TN, Vernon Leon Hurst of Bethel Springs, TN.In addition to his parents, Mr. Hurst was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Junior Hurst and Robert Hurst.
