Mr. James O. Horner was born May 31, 1931 in McNairy County, Tennessee, the son of the late H. L. and Mary L. Dillon Horner.A member of the First Baptist Church in Selmer, Mr. Horner worked as an Electrical Engineer for Continental Bakery in Memphis, Tennessee before retiring. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was a VFW member. Mr. Horner departed this life on August, 22 2005 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 74 Years, 2 Months, 22 Days.He is survived by two daughters, Sandy Chestnut of Bristol, Tennessee; Penny Lyles of Holly Springs, Mississippi; son, Eric Scott Horner of Ringgold, Georgia; three sisters, Billie Cox of Collierville, Tennessee; Lee Terry of Beebee, Arkansas; Dale Whitehorn of Memphis, Tennessee and seven grandchildren.
