James W. Hatch of Bethel Springs was born in Chester County on January 30, 1931, to the late James Cannie and Nicie Jane King Hatch. He was united in marriage to Lillian Mae Flatt on April 14, 1956. Mr. Hatch was a member of Mitchell's Chapel Baptist Church and was baptized by Glenn Harris. He worked for Grinnell Corporation in Henderson from May 3, 1976 until March 1996. He enjoyed camping and being with his family. He also enjoyed collecting guns and knives, watching western movies, game shows, wrestling, and old sitcoms. He loved going to special functions and sporting events that his grandchildren were participating in.Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Lillian Mae Hatch of Bethel Springs; 2 daughters, Sandra Rebstock and husband Albert of Bethel Springs, China Foulkes and husband Greg of Henderson, Tennessee; a son, Patrick Hatch and wife Kelly, also of Henderson; brother, Douglas Hatch of Selmer.Also survived by 6 grandchildren: Holly Hatch, Hailey Rebstock, Josh Hatch, Trevor Hatch, Gavin Foulkes, and Aidan Foulkes.A host of other relatives and friends.Other than his parents, Mr. Hatch was also preceded in death by a daughter Dolly Necol Hatch; 2 sisters, Mary Elizabeth Hatch and Martha Etta Taylor; 2 grandchildren, Christian Foulkes and Dylan Foulkes.
