James Eddie Harvill
was born in Acton, Tennessee on August 25, 1935 the son of the late Henry Boss and Ora Farris Harvill.
On December 31, 1965 he was united in marriage to the former Kathrine Roberts, who preceded him in death on April 12, 2005. Mr. Harvill worked as a self-employed television repairman. He lived in Counce, Tennessee most of his life and was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Harvill enjoyed gardening and umpired baseball and basketball games.
He departed this life on December 11, 2006 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 71 years, 3 months and 16 days.
Mr. Harvill is survived by his son, Marlon E. Harvill and his wife, Regina, of Counce, Tennessee; two grandchildren: Brad Foxworthy and Cody Poindexter;
2 brothers: Talmage Harvill of Corinth, Mississippi and Jerry Harvill of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
