James Harold Goodman of Waynesboro, TN was born on September 17, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan the son of the late Walter and Christine Butler Goodman. He was an avid gamer and he loved playing video games.
James departed this life on May 9, 2023 at the age of 56 years, 7 months, and 22 days.
He is survived by his sister, Virginia A. Pierce of Lawrenceburg, TN; niece, Angela Whitman (Kevin) of Covington, GA; nephew, Jeff Pierce (Angela) of Eastview, TN; and great nephews, Alex Whitman and Zach Pierce.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. service time at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Waynesboro, TN with Casey Jones officiating.
Interment will follow at the Copeland Cemetery, in the Highland community, Collinwood, TN.
