James Lee Farmer

James Lee Farmer Sr. was born November 3, 1931 in Indianapolis, IN the son of the late Obe and Mildred Blickenstaff Farmer.He was united in marriage to the late Mary Martha Farmer on March 1, 1952 she preceded him in death June 3,2015.
Mr. Farmer departed this life at his home on June 5, 2019 in Lutts, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 7 Months, 2 Days.
He was of the christian faith and served his counrty for three years in the United States Army as a parachutist with the 11th Airborne.
He also worked for 25 years as a Diesel Mechanic and in his later years he and his Wife Mary raised Appaloosa horses on their farm.
He is survived by two daughters, Suzie Arney and husband Robert of Lutts, TN, Patti Bass and husband Quinn ; two grandchildren, Jennifer Crews and husband Jeremy , Nathaniel Bass all of Lawrenceburg, TN;
In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Farmer was preceded in death by two sons, WIlliam Farmer, James Farmer Jr.; two brothers, Carl Farmer, John Farmer;
Services will be held on June 9, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Lutts Cemetery in Lutts , Tennessee, visitation will be held at the cemetery from 130 pm till 200 pm . Burial will follow in the Lutts Cemetery at Lutts, Tennessee
