MR. EDWARDS VISITATION HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 21 DUE TO THE WEATHER.
James Bethel (aka – JB/pee wee) Edwards was born April 19, 1945 in New Albany, MS. He passed peacefully on Monday, February 8, at his home on Pickwick Lake.
Son of the late Arthur Terrell Edwards and Sally Louise McMillen Edwards, he attended Dry Prairie Baptist Church in Duette, FL. JB spent most of his life in the Outdoor Industry as the CEO for several successful fishing shows.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kristi Lynn Miller Edwards, as well as his children, Sondra Mayfield of Collierville, TN, Patrick (Jason) Edwards of Madison, AL, and Jennifer Freeland of Athens, AL, and his grandchildren, Madison Mayfield, James (Tanner) Mayfield, and Adrian Freeland.
Viewing will be Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors, 450 Church St. Savannah, TN. 38372
The family requests donations be made in memory of James B. Edwards to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children.
