James Durbin

James (Cobb) Durbinwas born in Wayne County, Tennessee on June 15, 1943 the son of the late Clemon C. and Elsie Mae Franks Durbin.Mr. Durbin worked for the sawmill as a loader operator. He loved to hunt, fish, camp, and anything outdoors.Mr. Durbin departed this life on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the age of 65 years, 8 months, 23 days.Mr. Durbin is survived by a son, Travis Durbin of Olive Hill, Tennessee; a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Durbin Mullins of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 brothers, Frank Durbin, Donnie Durbin, and Ronnie Durbin all of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 sisters, Jimmie Gail Pickens of New Hope, Tennessee, Carolyn Curtis and Nancy Weaver both of Savannah, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.In addition to his parents, Mr. Durbin was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Earl Durbin; a sister, Reba Vance; a grandson, Jason Cord Mullins.
