JAMES ROBERT (GROVER) DICUS
was born in Clifton, Tennessee on February 1, 1943 the son of the late Roy and Lota Pearl McDonald Dicus.
On March 5, 1965 he was united in marriage to Reba Nell Riley, who preceded her husband in death on October 4, 2012.
Mr. Dicus retired as a chief engineer in tow boating, he worked for Ingram for 40 years. Mr. Dicus lived in Clifton, Tennessee all of his life. He loved gardening, selling and trading, flea marketing, fishing, deer hunting, bird hunting, watching westerns and most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Dicus departed this life on March 4, 2016 in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 73 years, 1 month and 3 days.
Mr. Dicus is survived by his two children, James Gregory Dicus of Clifton, Tennessee and Tina Renae Bridges of Clifton, Tennessee.
five grandchildren, Jarrod Dicus and Hali Dicus, both of Clifton, Tennessee and Brittany Stanfill, Dakota Allen and Brooke Sweat, all of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, and his wife, he was also preceded in death by one son, Robert Lee Dicus and three brothers, George Albert Dicus, Terry Lee Dicus, Sr., Roy Edward (Boose) Dicus and one sister, Pennie Lou (Lucy) Dicus.Dakota Allen and Brooke Sweat, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
