James A. Bearden

James A. Bearden was born December 26, 1935 in Stantonville, Tennessee the son of the late Jesse Aubrey and Maceal Ward Bearden.He was united in marriage to Clara Pickens on December 25, 1959. Mr. Bearden was a heavy equipment mechanic with International Union of Operating Engineers Local 369 . He was of the Baptist belief, served honorably in the United States Navy, loved working in his garden and enjoyed fishing.Mr. Bearden departed this life on October 2, 2008 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years, 9 Months, 6 Days. He is survived by his wife Clara Pickens Bearden of Adamsville, TN; a daughter, Vickie Bourque and husband Roger of Houston, TX; a son, Dale Bearden and wife Wendy of Adamsville, TN; a brother, Robert Bearden of Adamsville, TN; seven grandchildren, Joey , Jennifer, Teara, Tanner, Amber Bearden, Jonathan Ervin, and Heather Robinson; three great grandchildren, Grant , Madison, and Trevor. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bearden was preceded in death by a son, James Greg Bearden; a sister, Janie Kiddy; a brother, William Ralph Bearden.
