Jackie Brooks Jacobs

Mr. Jacobs passed away Friday, July 25 at his home in Hornsby.



The husband of Mary Jo Hollinger Jacobs, who survives, he was a self employed timber cutter. He was born to the late Luther Brooks 'L.B.' Jacbos and Margaret Hazel Jackson Jacobs Sisco of Middleton and lived all of his life here. Mr. Jacobs attended New Bethany Church of Christ.



In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include two daughters, Jackie Leeann Chandler of Whiteville and Deborah Carol Jacobs of Hornsby; a son, Gerald Wayne Jacobs of Hornsby; five sisters, JoEllen Jacobs Crum of Knoxville, Jenece Crowley, Linda Howell and Barbara Smalley all of Middleton and Edith Able of Crump; a brother, Glen Sisco of Middleton; and two grandchildren, Nina Nicole Mayfield and Gerald Brooks Jacobs. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Janette Sisco.
