Jack Orbon Warren

Jack Warren was born November 3, 1945 in Wayne Co, Tennessee, the son of the late Austin and Guyula Overton Warren. He was united in marriage to Sandra Kay Lentz on April 4, 1970 and they renewed their vows on July 6, 2008.



Mr. Warren was self-employed in home improvement work and was a member of the Christian Faith Church near Florence , Alabama.



Mr. Warren departed this life on Friday, November 7, 2008 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital in Florence, Alabama at the age of 63 Years, 4 Days.



In addition to his parents, Mr. Warren was preceded in death by a brother, Dewayne Overton.



He is survived by his wife Sandra Kay (Lentz) Warren of Lutts, TN; a daughter, Melissa Warren of Waynesboro, TN; two sons, Tim Warren of Lutts, TN and John Warren and wife, Sandra of Collinwood, TN; grandchildren, Travis, Vincent, Timmy, Jeremy, and Wyatt Warren, Trey Williams, and Kenton Garland; great-grandchildren, Dustin, Andrew, and Avianna; a sister, Karen (Sis) (Warren) Day of Irvington, AL; seven brothers, Austin Warren Jr. of Jackson, TN, Landrell Warren of Memphis, TN, Randy Warren of Irvington, AL, Daryl Warren of Theodore, AL, Greg Warren of Waynesboro, TN, Lance Warren of Irvington, AL, Joe Warren of Jackson, TN; several nieces and nephews.



Services will be held on November 10, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Christian Faith Church in Florence, Alabama, with Dennis Hanvey, Ronnie McKissack officiating. Burial will follow in the Lutts Cemetery at Lutts, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.



Visitation will be Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood and Sunday, November 9, 2008 from 2 pm to 9 pm and Monday, November 10, 2008 from 9 am to service time at Christian Faith Church near Florence, AL.
