Jack Logan

Jack Logan was born May 21, 1951 in Sheffield, Alabama the son of the late Morris H. and Ruby Monetta Repp Logan. He was united in marriage to Anita Watkins on August 6, 1977.Jack departed this life on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 57 Years, 10 Months, 12 Days.He is survived by his wife, Anita (Watkins) Logan of Collinwood, TN; a step-daughter, Charlena Broadfoot of Lawrenceburg, TN; his birth father, Ovie Crosswhite of Leighton, AL; a brother, Jimmy Crosswhite of Ford City, AL; three sisters, Betty Jane Logan of Lawrenceville, GA, Delinda Thompson, Sissy Grissom.In addition to his parents, Mr. Logan was preceded in death by his parents, Morris and Ruby Repp Logan; his birthmother, Ann Logan; two sisters, Faye Woodriff, Carolyn Rose. Services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Ricky Bryant officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing. Visitation will be Friday, April 3, 2009 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Saturday, April 4, 2009 from 9 am to service time at the funeral home.
